Every Veftor order is protected by escrow, so refunds are simple.

• Publisher rejects the order: full refund to your wallet, instantly.
• Publisher does not accept in time: the order is cancelled automatically and fully refunded.
• You cancel before the publisher accepts: full refund.
• Publisher misses the deadline: you can cancel for a full refund.
• Link removed or not as agreed: open a dispute from the order page and our team will review it.

Refunds go back to your Veftor wallet so you can place a new order right away. To withdraw wallet funds, contact support.
