Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses Veftor. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe. One person or company may hold one account unless we agree otherwise. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

2. Listings

Publishers may only list websites they own or are authorised to sell placements on. Resellers must be able to deliver every order they accept. Metrics shown on a listing must be accurate at the time they are entered. We may remove any listing at our discretion.

3. Orders and escrow

When a buyer places an order, the order amount is taken from the buyer's wallet and held by Veftor. The publisher receives the payout (the order price minus the platform commission) after the buyer approves the delivered link, or automatically if the buyer does not respond within the approval window shown in the dashboard.

4. Content rules

Content must be legal, original and not misleading. We do not allow content that promotes violence, hate, malware, or illegal products. Special niches such as casino, CBD or crypto are allowed only on listings that accept them.

5. Refunds and disputes

Buyers are refunded in full when a publisher rejects an order or does not accept it in time. If a buyer and a publisher disagree, either can open a dispute and our team will decide based on the order history. See our refund policy.

6. Fees

Veftor charges publishers a commission on each completed order. The current rate is shown in the publisher dashboard before a listing is submitted.

7. Liability

Veftor is a marketplace. We do not guarantee search rankings or traffic from any link. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order involved.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page.
